These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Enabl platform, services, and website (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Enabl Technologies LLC (“Enabl,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Enabl provides a platform that connects vetted software engineers with companies seeking remote talent. Our comprehensive services include:

• AI-powered technical vetting and assessment
• Talent matching and recruitment infrastructure
• Contract management and compliance
• Global payroll processing via Enabl Wallet

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Security — Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Activity — All activities that occur under your account
• Accuracy — Providing accurate and complete information
• Updates — Keeping your information current

For Developers

As a developer using our platform, you agree to the following obligations:

• Provide truthful and accurate information about your skills, experience, and qualifications
• Complete the vetting process honestly and without external assistance
• Honor all commitments made to clients through the platform
• Maintain professional conduct in all interactions and communications
• Respect confidentiality of client information and projects

For Companies

As a company using our platform, you agree to the following obligations:

• Provide accurate and complete job descriptions and requirements
• Make timely payments for all services rendered through the platform
• Treat all developers with respect and professionalism
• Not circumvent the platform to avoid fees or direct-hire developers without proper channels
• Comply with all applicable employment and labor laws

Payments and Fees

Companies pay Enabl for access to vetted talent and platform services according to the pricing structure outlined in their service agreement.

Developers receive payments through the Enabl Wallet with zero platform fees. Payment terms, schedules, and fee structures are detailed in your individual service agreement.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Enabl and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Work product created by developers for clients belongs to the client unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enabl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Enabl in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or through the platform.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
