“Enabl didn't start with an idea. It started with a decade of doing this by hand.”

For years, we sourced, interviewed and managed hundreds of engineers ourselves. We read the CVs, ran the technical interviews, made the calls, and lived with the consequences of every hire — good and bad.

We learned that finding great engineers was never really the bottleneck. The hard part was scaling technical judgment: applying the same rigor to the thousandth candidate as we did to the first, consistently, across time zones and languages.

Enabl is that judgment turned into infrastructure. Everything we used to do manually — the screening, the assessments, the interviews, the validation — now runs as a system, backed by the same people who built it in the trenches.
