Introducing Enabl: The Autonomous Infrastructure for Global Engineering Teams.
Today, we publicly launch Enabl with a new brand, a refined mission, and a clear vision for the future of how engineering teams are built.
Over the past year, we have been quietly building infrastructure that we believe will fundamentally change how companies scale their technical capabilities. Today marks the moment we step out of stealth and share what we have been working on.
Our Mission
Enabl exists to remove the friction between exceptional engineering talent and the companies that need them. We are building the autonomous infrastructure layer that handles everything from discovery to deployment — vetting, matching, contracts, compliance, and payroll — so engineering leaders can focus on what matters: building great products.
The Problem We Are Solving
The way companies hire engineers is fundamentally broken. The LinkedIn era has created an unsustainable reality: hundreds of applicants for every opening, 95% of whom are unqualified, creating massive screening debt that falls on already-stretched engineering teams.
Traditional solutions — staffing agencies, recruiters, outsourcing firms — are slow, expensive, and built for a different era. They charge $20-40K per placement, take weeks to deliver candidates, and still produce inconsistent results.
We asked ourselves: what if AI could handle the entire operational burden of technical hiring? Not as a tool that makes recruiters slightly more efficient, but as an autonomous system that delivers vetted, qualified engineers ready to contribute.
How Enabl Works
Our platform combines three core capabilities:
- AI Voice Interviews — Our voice agents conduct real-time technical assessments, evaluating coding ability, system design thinking, and communication skills with sub-400ms response latency. The experience feels natural because we engineered it to be indistinguishable from human conversation.
- Autonomous Vetting — Machine learning models analyze technical profiles, verify credentials, and score candidates against your specific requirements. No senior engineer time required for initial screening.
- Global Payroll Infrastructure — Once you approve a candidate, we handle contracts, compliance, and payments across 150+ countries. One platform, zero administrative complexity.
Our Vision
We believe the future of work is global, distributed, and powered by intelligent infrastructure that makes geography irrelevant. The best engineers in the world should be accessible to any company, regardless of where either party is located.
Enabl is the infrastructure layer that makes this vision possible. We are not building another job board or a better ATS. We are building the operating system for global engineering teams.
Why Now
Three converging trends make this the right moment:
- AI capabilities have reached a tipping point. Language models can now accurately assess technical depth. Voice synthesis is indistinguishable from human speech. The technology finally matches the ambition.
- Remote work is normalized. The pandemic permanently shifted expectations. Companies that once insisted on co-location now compete for talent globally.
- The arbitrage opportunity is massive. Exceptional engineers exist everywhere, but compensation still varies wildly by geography. Enabl unlocks this value for both sides.
The Team
Enabl is built by founders who have lived this problem. With over 40 years of combined experience building and leading engineering teams across four continents, we understand the pain of scaling technical organizations. We have been the frustrated engineering leader spending half our time on hiring. We built Enabl to solve our own problem.
What's Next
Today's launch is just the beginning. We are actively working with select enterprise partners to refine our systems and expand our capabilities. If you are an engineering leader looking to scale your team without the operational overhead, we would love to hear from you.
