Enabl Beta 1.0: Entering closed beta with early partners.

Today marks a significant milestone for Enabl. After months of rigorous development and iteration, we are entering our first closed beta phase with select partners to validate our autonomous hiring infrastructure.

The Problem We Set Out to Solve

Engineering leaders spend an average of 40% of their time on hiring-related activities. Resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, technical assessments, reference checks — the operational overhead is immense. And yet, despite this investment, mis-hires remain frustratingly common.

We asked ourselves: what if we could build an infrastructure layer that handles all of this autonomously? Not a tool that makes hiring slightly faster, but a system that fundamentally changes the equation.

What We're Building

Our roadmap includes three core capabilities:

• AI Voice Interviews — We're developing voice agents that conduct technical screenings in real-time, evaluating coding ability, system design thinking, and communication skills. We're targeting sub-400ms response latency for natural conversation flow.
• Automated CV Analysis — Machine learning models that parse, verify, and score candidate profiles against your specific requirements, eliminating hours of manual resume review.
• Global Payroll Integration — Once a candidate is approved, our system will handle contracts, compliance, and payments across 150+ countries.

Early Validation

Our initial pilots with early partners are showing promising signals:

• Significant reduction in time-to-first-interview
• Improved candidate quality scores
• Engineering leads reporting more time for actual engineering work

We're cautiously optimistic. There's still much work to do, but these early results suggest we're on the right track.

What's Next

Beta 1.0 is just the beginning. Over the coming months, we will be building out additional capabilities including collaborative hiring workflows, advanced analytics dashboards, and deeper integrations.
